Ocaquatics is 100% owned by its team. Here’s how team members become co-owners — and what this countdown is celebrating.
Becoming a co-owner
Work 2,500 eligible hours and you become a co-owner of Ocaquatics. Until then you’re on the countdown — that’s what this page tracks and celebrates.
Which hours count
Hours you actually work count toward your 2,500. PTO, holiday, volunteer, and internship hours don’t count.
Once you’ve made it
You’re a co-owner for as long as you’re on the team, and you’re always part of Ocaquatics’ ownership history.
If you leave and come back
If you were still on the countdown, you start fresh from zero. If you were already a co-owner, you re-earn co-owner status with 1,000 hours. And if you had to leave for an approved reason — currently immigration — you regain co-owner status right away.
Who runs the plan
Co-ownership is governed by the Ocaquatics Management Board of Directors. Questions? Talk to your manager or HR.
